Skills Training

Our Model

To start, we meet with our clients once a week for a 45-minute session.

Each of our training sessions includes a 15-minute accountability check-in.

We're Flexible

We believe that each person has different needs at different times. As a result, we've designed our training to be flexible so that we can creatively adapt to meet the needs of each client.

Convenient Base

We begin by choosing a space that is conveniently located and suited for regular skills meetings such as a public library.

Home

The home environment is a crucial component to change. We offer special in-home sessions to help create surroundings that are compatible with skills goals.

Outdoors

The benefits of being outside, or "green time" are astounding! When working on skills that relate to healthy living and exercise, it's great to literally get moving!

Locations

Location:

Convenient Base: We begin by choosing a space that is conveniently located and suited for regular skills meetings such as a public library.

Home: The home environment is a crucial component to change. We offer special in-home sessions to help create surroundings that are compatible with goals and skills building.

Public Spaces: When working on specific skills such as starting conversations or getting better at simple interactions with people outside of your normal circle we like to schedule some sessions to take place at a certain location that allows the individual to practice that skill with support (ex: a coffee shop, a networking event, etc.).

Outdoors: The benefits of simply walking are astounding! When working on skills that relate to healthy living and exercise, it's great to literally get moving, so we offer sessions that take place outdoors.

Who's There

One-on-one: We love working with young people one-on-one because we're able to learn so much about them and work to build a supportive relationship built on open communication and trust.

Parent Involvement: We also recognize that parents play a huge role in supporting skills progress. That's why, if we feel it would be conducive to positive results, we offer parent involvement options during sessions.

Accountability

Sometimes, people need more than just one session and check-in per week. To accommodate for that, we offer additional accountability check-ins throughout the week. For kids with ADHD, we've found that daily check-ins are really helpful for getting them on track.

Price: $125/week
